The project's goal is to optimize the requesting organization's existing process into streamlined, and interconnected management system. The system eases the day-to-day transactions, and alleviate the problems of data management. The system generates meaningful reports for the organization's crucial data-driven business decisions.

Modules
1.) Loans
Users are able to manage loan applications starting from approval up to releasing of funds, and to browse and view released and rejected loans
2.) Application
Application module is an entry form for adding new request for Loan. Loans can be either strandard or fixed. The module includes computations for equated monthly installment (EMI), loan deductions, and loan viability. Guarantors, co-makers, suppliers, and authorized representatives is required for each loan applications. Users can cancel-out the member's previous approved and outstanding loans through a new loan application. Loan Amount and and loan terms are validated based on the member's monthly salary, outstanding loans, and system settings.
3.) Amortizations
This module manages member's monthly amortizations for outstanding loans. The module tracks penalties for late payments. The user can track loan status and transfrom data into reports.
4.) Share Capital
Manage member's monthly deposits for share capital, compute dividends for each members, and show memeber's current balance.
5.) Cash Disbursement
Cash disbursements module manages the organization's cash flow and disbursed funds for every available accounts.
6.) Accounting
This module generates financial reports.
7.) Members
Browse, read, edit, add, delete, and manage member's data.
8.) Records
Records module includes all system data. Users can adjust numerical figures, update formulas, and descriptions for system data.
